A couple points were not addressed in the completed paper in accordance with the order description that I submitted. One of which was to Identify the bad actors in cyberspace and compare and contrast their resources, capabilities/techniques, motivations, and aversion to risk. The other was clarity on the adversary model; did not see anything about "assumptions"

You run through some important strategies. The essay could be better organised. You jump from one point to another without a clear progression in the argument. You also need to distinguish between types of conflict, because some techniques will work in one type of conflict, but another. Furthermore, you need to be aware of the stages in a conflict, because some techniques are more appropriate at one stage, rather than another.

It was written in a juvenile tone—many grammar and sentence structure errors. Even with the revision, the paper was not done at a university level.
