He did a great job coming in to finish my thesis even when my first writer had left the project. There were numerous small delays and extensions that were required, but overall, the writing quality was decent and the task was more or less complete. While there was a lot to be improved upon the first draft (given the time constraints, this was understandable), I still believe he did an excellent job with incorporating my feedback with the second submission.
